World cup
In 1962 NASA launched a satellite that would be used in the 1970 World Cup broadcasts. Its name was Telstar, short for Television Star. From that satellite was born not only the inspiration for the name of the ball of the 1970 World Cup, it was also model for its design. The Telstar ball of 1970 would be the first with 32 buds used in a World Cup. These buds were 20 white hexagons and 12 pentagons painted black to enhance the contrast on the televisions of the time. After 48 years, the manufacturer decided to honor this ball started and christened the one that will be used in the Russian Cup as Telstar 18. And to keep the tradition, it also brings an innovation: it will be the first interactive ball of the Cups.
Black and white paint resembles the 1970 model, but small squares in paint are the pixels that represent the ball's entry into the digital world. This is because there is a chip installed in it that allows interactivity through a device, such as a smartphone, for example.
The design of its panels follows the idea put in Brazuca, the ball of the 2014 World Cup. Through 3D programs the designers have come to a form that is repeated six times and fits, forming the ball.Chip on the ball.
It will be the first time that the ball of a World Cup will have an internal chip. The technology used in it is Near Field Communication (NFC), which enables communication with smartphones and tablets through an application.
What do you think of the chip on the ball ?? source:https://globoesporte.globo.com/futebol/copa-do-mundo/noticia/conheca-a-bola-da-copa-2018.ghtml https://globoesporte.globo.com/futebol/copa-do-mundo/noticia/conheca-a-bola-da-copa-2018.ghtmlhttps://globoesporte.globo.com/futebol/copa-do-mundo/noticia/conheca-a-bola-da-copa-2018.ghtml

Trip to the moon

                                                             Trip to the moon

Today I'm going to talk about a very old movie.

And the movie is: Le voyage dans la Lune

Le voyage dans la Lune is a French film of the year 1902. It was based on two popular novels of its time: From the Earth to the Moon, by Jules Verne, and The First Men on the Moon. The film had a script and directed by Georges Méliès, with the assistance of his brother Gaston Méliès. He was extremely popular in his time and the best known of the hundreds of Méliès productions. It was probably the first science fiction movie and the first to deal with alien beings, and used innovative animation and special effects features, including the famous ship scene landing in the Moon Man's eye.

Synopsis: A group of men travels to the moon, being carried by a capsule thrown from a giant cannon, but they end up being captured by men of the moon.
